A geologist by study, after graduating he decided to follow the path of taste, attending culinary specialisation courses and gaining experience in the kitchens of restaurants in the Siena area. In 2014 an encounter that changed his life: Lella's Scuola di Cucina. Lella Cesari Ciampoli<\/div>
At the end of her studies and a sporting career full of satisfactions, Lella moved to France for study reasons where she will realize her greatest desire: to attend some of the most prestigious French and international cooking schools.\r\n\r\nHaving returned to Italy, she followed a course of study for teaching and in 1996 she founded the first cooking school in Siena, her hometown, which she directed and where she taught and where he taught Italians and foreigners until March 8, 2024.<\/div>
