The main focus of Lella’s school is traditional Tuscan Cuisine: adapting old recipes to the demands of modern working life.
The lessons will be held by Francesco, the owner of the cooking school, that has always been a passionate lover of traditional tuscan family recipes, coupled with only the healthiest and most authentic local ingredients.
Lella’s cookery school organises courses and single-topic lessons. The lessons are workshops and those who wish can actively participate in the preparation of some recipes.
At the end of each lesson, the dishes prepared are tasted and commented on.
Francesco, owner of the School and Lella’s heir, has been teaching cooking for ten years and is a third-level AIS Sommelier. He also organises lessons with guided tastings to discover the fascinating world of wine and its pairings.
Lella’s Cookery School has been recognised as one of the Top One Hundred Italian Cookery Schools.
